Hawzah News Agency- The event, organized by the Propagation Department of the International Al-Baqir Institute in cooperation with the Imamia Scholars Council, coincided with the anniversary of the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah. It brought together a host of Imamia scholars, thinkers, preachers, and officials and activists from various religious organizations.
Speakers at the conference addressed topics including the life and conduct of the truthful Imams (PBUT), the status and role of the martyrs of resistance, the philosophy of martyrdom, current global developments and conditions, and the propagation and social responsibilities of scholars and preachers.
Hojatoleslam Qazi Nader Hossein Alavi, provincial head of the Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Pakistan in South Punjab, elaborated on various dimensions of resistance and stressed the important role of scholars and preachers in explaining Islamic teachings and analyzing current developments.
He honored the memory of the martyrs of resistance and praised their sacrifices, struggles, and outstanding qualities, emphasizing the need to continue their path and ideals. He said the religious community must, by correctly understanding regional and global developments, properly fulfill its responsibility toward current events and issues.
The conference further examined various dimensions of current global developments and the duties of scholars, preachers, and the religious community in the face of these changes. Participants stressed the need for the correct explanation of Islamic teachings, strengthening the spirit of resistance, and keeping alive the memory and ideals of the martyrs of resistance.
